This 4-week program introduces slightly more dynamic movements, challenges your balance in new ways, and continues to build the strength your body needs to stay steady and capable.
You’ll still use simple equipment like a chair and resistance bands—but with progressions designed to help you move more confidently in real-life situations.
If Level 1 helped you feel better, Level 2 will help you feel stronger, more capable, and more in control of your movement.
