How Partner  Training Works

Two People.
One Structured Session.

  • Sessions are limited to 2 participants only

  • Each person receives individualized coaching within the session

  • Exercises are modified based on ability, mobility, and comfort level

  • Both participants train during the same scheduled time

Each session may include:

  • Strength work for legs, hips, core, and upper body

  • Balance and stability training

  • Mobility for hips, ankles, and shoulders

  • Core activation and posture work

  • Real-life movement patterns (stairs, carrying, getting up from the floor)

  • Because in real life—your body works as a system.

  • Pricing for 2 people

  • Scheduled at a consistent weekly time

Membership & Scheduling

To keep your progress consistent:

Home Workout Session
  • Partner training is a recurring 4-week membership

  • Sessions are reserved as a shared appointment for both participants

  • Active membership is required to hold your time slot

  • Memberships auto-renew every 4 weeks

  • If membership lapses, your time slot is released

  • Re-enrollment requires a $25 enrollment fee to restart scheduling

Attendance & Rescheduling

To keep scheduling fair and consistent:

  • Your session is reserved as a shared time for both participants

  • If one person attends, the session continues as scheduled

  • Sessions are not split, credited, or converted to private training

  • If both participants need to reschedule, at least 24-hour notice is required

  • Missed sessions are not rolled over

Frequently Asked Questions

What if we have different ability levels?

That’s very common. Each exercise is adjusted individually so both people are working at the right level.

What if one of us can’t make it?

The session will still run as scheduled. Because the time is reserved for both of you, sessions are not split or credited.

Can this turn into semi-private later?

Yes. If you’re open to a small group setting, we can transition you into semi-private at your next membership cycle.
