Cancellation Policy

Booking & Scheduling Policy To help you get the most out of your sessions and ensure consistency across the schedule, all semi-private and personal training appointments follow these booking guidelines: Membership Commitment Sessions run on a 4-week recurring schedule. Your time slot is reserved just for you, and your membership renews automatically every four weeks unless changed before the renewal date. Consistency Matters Results come from routine, not random workouts. For that reason, memberships are offered in 2–3 sessions per week. A one-time trial session is available before committing. Cancellations & Missed Sessions Life happens — but because spots are limited, missed or late-cancelled sessions do not roll over or reduce your rate. Your reserved time continues whether you attend or not. If space is available in another group that week, a make-up may be offered, but it is not guaranteed. Schedule Changes Changes to membership frequency (ex: moving from 2x/week to 3x/week) can be made anytime. Downgrades require notice before your next billing cycle and go into effect at the next renewal. Arriving Late If you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time so the next client/group begins on time. Communication If you need help with scheduling, adjusting your plan, or finding a better session time, just reach out — we’ll work together to find a solution that keeps you moving forward. Bottom Line These policies protect two things: ❤️ Your progress 🕒 Everyone’s time Consistency builds confidence, strength, and independence — and that’s the goal.
