Cancellation Policy

Home Visit Sessions Home visit sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be forfeited. Please ensure the space is clear, pets are secured, and access is available at the scheduled start time. Sessions will begin and conclude at the scheduled time.
