We offer several styles of training to ensure we are meeting clients needs.

Personal training focused on your need while meeting you where you are.  Is your goal to get stronger? Have more endurance? Be able to play on the ground?  Take your boat out? Strength, Mobility & Endurance.

  • Personal Training- Full Session

    1-on-1 Personal training Single Occurrence
  • Group- online and at gym 2x/wk- 4 weeks

    Every 4 weeks
    Small Group (4-6 people) 2 x per week for 4 Weeks In person and online
  • Online 1 on 1 training 2x/wk for 4 wks

    Every 4 weeks
    2x/wk for 4 weeks-30 min online personal training session.
  • ONE TIME Online

    One Time Online Personal Training Session
    Valid for 3 months
  • Buddy Training- 2 clients- 2x per week

    Every 4 weeks
    2x's per week Buddy Training- 2 clients
  • Friday Small Group

    Friday Small Group Per Session
    Valid for 3 months
  • Personal Training 6 months 2x per week

    Every 4 weeks
    One on One Personal Training for 6 months 2x per week
    Valid for 24 weeks

Plan automatically renews every 4 weeks.
